Projects - 2026
The board of directors and Miami Management are working on bringing the following projects to the community in 2026
Roof Replacement
What: We’ll be replacing the roofs on all eight buildings and the pool house.
Why: Our current roofs are reaching the end of their service life, and replacement is required by our insurance provider to maintain proper coverage.
When: Work is expected to begin in early 2026 and continue in phases through mid-year.
Building and Pool House Painting
What: All buildings and the pool house will be repainted.
Why: Fresh paint will help protect the structures from weather damage and improve the community’s overall appearance.
When: Painting will take place after the roofing projects are completed, likely in the summer or early fall of 2026.
Parking Lot Reseal and Repairs
What: We’ll be resurfacing and sealing the parking lot.
Why: This will extend the life of the pavement, improve safety, and enhance curb appeal.
When: Work is tentatively scheduled for late 2026, after major construction projects are complete.
Landscaping Enhancements
What: Select areas will receive updated plantings and mulch.
Why: To beautify common areas and complement our freshly painted buildings.
When: Planned for the end of 2026, after major projects are completed.
